
What is the message you’d like your customers to know about your business?
Notice that I used the word message in a singular form. In a perfect world, when a customer or potential customer thinks of or hears about your business, one idea pops into their mind. Your message is critical to your business’ success.
Think of your favorite restaurants. Great service. Great steaks. Easy to get to. Easy to park. Great salads. Tremendous deserts. All of those are good things. What if your first thought was that it was too far to drive, bad service last time you were there, food quality is inconsistent. Not what you’d want customers to think!
